Does it cost anything to join?
Joining is free. AYS takes a commission on each job booked through the platform, shown to you before you accept work. There is no monthly fee.
What do I need to apply?
A valid photo ID, the services you offer and the postcode districts you cover. If you have public liability insurance, trade qualifications or a DBS certificate, upload them too: customers can see that you have been checked.
How long does the check take?
A person on the AYS team reviews every application and document. We aim to do it quickly, and we email you as soon as there is a decision or if we need something else from you.
Do I choose my own prices?
Yes. You set your price for each fixed price service you offer, and you write your own quotes for bigger jobs.
When can I see the customer’s address?
Once the booking is paid and confirmed, you see the customer’s name, address and phone number. Before that, quote requests show the job and the postcode area only.
How do I get paid?
Customers pay through AYS when they book. Your share is paid out to your bank account through our payment provider, after the AYS commission.
